Searched the site and found nothing? That’s expected.

ReliableParts.Com is our appliance catalog. The HVAC program is a separate, branch-level process built for same-day pickup. Thousands of parts available including capacitors, motors, igniters and controls that are needed now. The parts are available through our counter and not published online.

The online catalog

  • ×Appliance parts - refrigerator, washer, dryer, dishwasher, range
  • ×HVAC parts are not listed and cannot be ordered online
  • ×An empty search result says nothing about what’s on the branch shelf
  • ×Ships or holds for pickup - not built for a furnace that’s down tonight

At the branch

  • ✓Open to all homeowners and DIYers
  • ✓Bring the model or part-number and have it in your hands same day
  • ✓Staff can cross-reference the part with you at the counter
“I assumed you didn’t have it because it wasn’t on the website.” It’s the most common reason someone drives past us. The website and the HVAC counter are two different inventories. The counter can usually put your HVAC part in your hand today.

Three easy steps

How the counter works

STEP 01

Find the counter nearest you

31 branches across 13 states. Pick yours below and get driving directions straight from this page. Doors open 8:00 AM, weekdays.

STEP 02

Bring your numbers

The model number off the unit’s data plate is enough to start. A photo of the plate - or of the failed part - gets you cross-referenced in a minute or two.

STEP 03

Get your part today

Our parts professionals identify the correct replacement and have it in your hand, and you have your unit up and running, TODAY. No account needed.

Bring this with you

Ninety seconds of prep at the unit saves a second trip.

  1. 01A photo of the data plate - model and serial, usually inside the furnace door, on the condenser cabinet, or on the water heater label.
  2. 02The old part, or a photo of it - including any numbers or MFD/voltage ratings printed on it.
  3. 03A photo of the wiring before you pull anything off. It makes the cross-reference faster and the reinstall safer.

Who’s at the counter

Our professionals are here to help

Homeowners & DIYers

You don’t need a license or an account. If you can read the model number off the unit, we can find the part - and tell you straight if it’s a job that should go to a licensed tech.

Property & facilities managers

Keep units running across a portfolio without waiting on a distributor account or a shipping window. Stock up on the parts that fail every summer.

Questions at the door

Before you drive over

Do I have to be an HVAC contractor to buy?

No. Most HVAC distributors sell to the trade only - that’s the whole reason this counter exists. Homeowners, DIYers, handymen and property managers all buy at the same counter, no account or license required.

Can I order HVAC parts online instead?

Not from this program. ReliableParts.com supports transactions from our appliance repair parts catalog. Inventory within our HVAC offering is not listed or available online.

Can I call ahead and have you check stock?

Phone service isn’t available for the HVAC parts program. The shelf moves through the day, so the honest answer over the phone would already be out of date by the time you arrived. The counter is where stock gets confirmed - bring your model number and we’ll check it with you on the spot.

What do I need to bring?

Your unit’s model number, and ideally a photo of the data plate. If you’ve already pulled the failed part, bring it or a clear photo of it - capacitors, motors, and gas valves all carry ratings printed on the part itself that make the match exact.

Are you open weekends?

No. Every counter runs Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM local time, and is closed Saturday and Sunday. If a system goes down on a Friday night, the counter opens again Monday at 8:00.

Don’t wait on a shipment

Find the counter closest to you, bring your model number, and have the part before the day is out.
